From January 5, 2026, the receipt of applications and delivery of results for industrial property administrative procedures are handled centrally by the Ministry of Science and Technology’s One-Stop Service Unit at the following locations:
- a) Location 1: First floor, Innovation Agency building, 113 Tran Duy Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi;
- b) Location 2: Building at 1196 Ba Thang Hai Street, Binh Thoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City;
- c) Location 3: The Ministry Office’s Central Region Representative Office, 42 Tran Quoc Toan Street, Da Nang.
