Trade marks, patents, and designs
In Vietnam, the rule applied is first-to-file and multi-class applications for trademark are acceptable. We draw on our technical backgrounds and render a deeper understanding and insight into our clients’ intellectual property needs. Our services include (but not limited) to the following:
