With nearly 20 years of experience, Truong has handled a broad range of intellectual property matters, from trademark prosecution, opposition, cancellation, and appeal proceedings to the resolution of infringement and unfair competition disputes. His practice also extends to franchising, parallel trade, and emerging areas such as blockchain and artificial intelligence. In addition, he has advised clients on selected contract-related matters in support of their business and intellectual property strategies. With more than a decade of experience, Dao advises clients on a broad range of trademark and industrial design matters. She has extensive experience in securing trademark and industrial design registrations, including in complex and challenging cases, and regularly represents clients in opposition, cancellation, and appeal proceedings.
